So the new year has started and as normal I am just a little bit behind! I would like this blog to be an example of what daily life is like where I live. The more I am online the more I learn about the normal lives of people all over the world. I would like to share a bit about my corner of the world and perhaps learn a bit about others.
Its not glamorous or exciting but this blog will also be a chance to practice my skills in writing, photography and  a chance to share the things I and my family love to do.


So a bit about me. . .

I am a mom of a (mostly) wonderful little girl named Ellie who is nine. My husband works in the nearby Twin Cities and goes to College to earn an Accounting degree.
I have a cat. I dont know how much Jack will be a feature in the blog but should he be in the back ground and you have a cat phobia you have been warned.
I work with preteens and am sure I will bring home a few stories from work.

I have many interests that will feature here. I am sure that if nothing else you will be exposed to many new things if you stick around long enough.

Well for now I will leave it at that. It is winter right now and in the American Midwest that means snow and cold outside so I am sure that I will be posting at regular intervals for a while at least. If nothing else from boredom.
